The Physician's Formula Gel Liners are really good, I had the Green eyes set which is the one with the green liner in it and I really liked it. Then I accidentally left it open and it dried out on me :(

i would check cvs, rite aid, walgreens. i'm not really sure where she picked that one up but it might be on a special display with lipsticks, eyeshadows & nail polishes as part of the fall line!

Ok, so far my HIP green gel eyeliner is not working out so well :(
