Is it just me or is the newer version of the UDPP -- the one with out the wand, and the one that you just need to push out -- not as good?
I love love love UDPP because of the staying power. I usually do my eye make up around 8AM for work, and even by 10 PM when it's time to wash my face before bed, while the rest of my face makeup is faded/gone, my eyes looked like I just did them. Anyway, now a days (I bought the newer one a couple of weeks ago), I noticed my shadow starts to crease during the day. It could be cause it's hot and humid in Hawaii, but I didn't have this problem consistently with the older UDPP (the one with the wand).

I heard the tube version is thicker than the older version... Not sure if there was an official formula change.

I hear the coloured versions of UDPP are thicker and harder to work with.I've got original and Eden, I do notice a difference in thickness between the two, but not too much really. Apparently the new packaging doesn't keep the product as fresh, according to a few blogs I've read.. It doesn't say anything about a formula change on their official site.

Dylan, which one do you like more? I have Sin in the older package, and Eden in the newer one. Maybe it's the way I'm putting it on.

I use Eden every day! I have a rather dark eye area and it really helps to conceal. I even use it on my under eye circles.
When I use Eden, I get a dab about the size of the head of a ballpoint pin on my index finger (just to get technical on ya =P), and I press it into my other finger as well. Then I just press each index finger to each eye on the lid and use my ring finger to blend it in, so I can really control how much I want, which is just a thin layer. I rarely need more than that. Then I do the same thing with my under eyes.
The word "finger" has lost all meaning to me now. Hope this helps!

dylan's right, eden is thicker than the original. i prefer eden myself as well. i use it daily because it has a tint and i have thin eyelids, so it conceals a bit.

I feel it's a little thicker, and I kind of hate the fact of the new squeezy tube because I usually take not enough or to much product out. The fact that it's thicker I don't really mind because I feel it adheres to the shadow a lot better. For example yesterday I went to my local amusement park even though it was raining 99.9% percent of the time my eye shadow literally lasted the whole time- I was there for at least 9 hours!!! But the tube I thought I would like since I felt I was missing so much product and had to cut the bottom of the bottle with the wand to get all the product out. Now I waste so much product or I don't get enough how because I squeeze only a little out in fear of squeezing too much out! It's just a non- winning battle!
