What do you mean exactly? Are you more tan in those areas or do you have spots of color?

i dont know ... actly whn i put ma weight dan darkness on neck increases... bt in underarms remain same

Is this recent or has this been a thing for a while? Sometimes people use bleaching creams or soaps to lighten the darker areas. Us Filipinos use Papaya soap to lighten our skin.
