Personally, I would rather have a mix of different brands in my kit. No brand has mastered all their products. I am not familiar with their foundations, but, for example, they could be too pink for East Asian skin tones. While I like a lot of their eyeshadows, there are A LOT of shimmer/pearl shadows and not enough mattes. The only NYX lipsticks I like are the new matte lipsticks, the round and square lipsticks do not last long enough, are too sheer and they smell. Don't get my wrong, I love NYX, but I like to vary brands in my kit because not all products from one brand will work well.

I def. second Heather - as alluring as it is to purchase a pre-assembled kit, there are way too many duds and fillers tossed in there to justify the "price" of the overall kit, but many of those items end up being disregarded since they aren't of good enough quality. You may have a few star items you'll love, but the rest might just end up being a waste.
It's better to assemble a kit yourself w/ handpicked items here and there from different brands. I would look into Graftobian, Yaby, OCC, Sugarpill, MAC, MUFE, etc. w/ pro discounts and sales to assemble a great kit. There are probably many other great brands to look into in which I am sure many other Beautylish users might want to add to the list. Hope that helps. =)
