I am all about the coordinating colors. as long as they go together. Also go with what looks good on you vs what is in...you can always find a color that is in now and still looks good on you.

I only really wear coralish blushes, or if they are pink they're slightly coral. And then I wear whatever lip color I feel like wearing. XD

Hmm. If you like being matchy-matchy go for it, but the good thing about makeup is that there aren't any rules. You wear what you like and if that's a coral blush with a pink lipgloss so be it. It's makeup, not the end of the world haha.

Sometime yes but it all depends on the look I'm going for. I don't think it's a must but it all comes down to personal preference.

i agree with @erica, i wear what I want. I find that warm blush goes better with warm lips and vice versa. So, if i wear a blue based pink blush, I'll wear a cool toned lipstick with it. If i wear a coral blush, i'll go for a warmer color for my lips.

I do both, but lately I have been allowing myself to be more "matchy matchy"! It's just easier! Haha!
I am really loving a nuetral eye with only bronzer and a pinky-nude/my lip color but better kind of lip look, then at night I just swap out the lip color for a wine lipstick, matte finish! Easy squeezie!

@TeriJ I agree with most the people on here that there really are no hard and fast rules to follow when you wear makeup. Sometimes matching is the mood am in and other times I just wanna try something different! I love the creative freedom of just going with what feels right to me. I suggest that you play with some different looks when you have some spare time and see how it goes! After all it is make up and you can use a facial wipe and make it disappear! lol

thank you all so much for giving me your opinion!! the reason i asked is because this is what my manager said to me and when she said it i was like wow...i NEVER thought there were "rules" to makeup!! this was my facial expression when she told me ... O__o .... lol i agree with most of you! the beauty of makeup is that there are no rules..you have the freedom to exspress yourself how ever you feel!! ive been addicted to a MAC blush (melba) which is like a peachy pink color but i wear that with pretty much EVERYTHING lol!!
