I found this tid-bit so interesting, I just had to pass it along! Enjoy!

Excerpt from Women's Health - April 2011 issue
Easier Being Green (page 23) (I couldn't find a link to this article online so I'll word-for-word it below)
"Adults slather on around 126 chemical ingredients a day, says a survey by the Environmental Working Group. But the benefits of some chemicals, like preservatives, may outweigh the dangers, says Patricia Farris, M.D., a dermatologist in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, [US]. "They extend shelf life and keep bacteria off your skin," she says. To green your routine and minimize contact with less-friendly chemicals, seek out products that contain natural active ingredients, such as soy and vitamins A and C; these offer antioxidant protection as well as wrinkle prevention."

What Is It? (page 23) (I couldn't find a link to this article online so I'll word-for-word it below)
Olive Plant Extract
"Derived from fresh olive tree leaves, it packs an antioxidant punch almost double that of topical green tea extract and 400 percent more than vitamin C. Find it in anti-agers such as Sadick Dermatology AM Protection Cream ($36 at Sephora)."

I agree - Organic or natural products/ingredients really do make a difference. My skin made a complete turnaround after having oily/dry/irritated skin for YEARS - then I started using Juice Beauty and it's like my skin if preteen again! I love it!
I still want to try out some Origins products though.
