Ahh coffee is the worst for me. If i have a cup the next day i have little spots all over my face, its haggard! The smell of coffee is intoxicating enough for me to get my buzz. The energy drinks were harder to kick, they just make me so thirsty if i drink one.
Off to Red Bull anonymous for you Mandy :P

I love coffee, my sister works at Starbucks & she always hooks me up ! i read that caffeine also makes under-eye circles worse as well as cellulite =/ That still wasnt enough to make me kick it. I love ginger-ale so that was the first to go. I'm drinking water now, so Im on the right track. Im gonna follow you guys & keep you posted lol

Great topic! My no makeup look goes like this:
Too Faced Brownie eye brow pencil
MAC Painterly paint pot
Clinique High Impact mascara
MAC select moisture cover concealer under the eyes
Laura Mercier secret concealer on any blemishes
MAC msf natural all over face
a tiny bit of NARS laguna on my cheeks
and a spritz of MAC fix+
Sounds like a lot of products, even though its my "no makeup" look lol. But it does look very natural!

After cleansing and toning no make up for me is Revlon Colorstay Foundation, then i dust MAC studio fix powder lightly to set it, then blush, do my brows and the mascara (I like the Lancome Hypnos Drama is good, because it lengthens without so many coats) and then i put some benetint on my lips for a cute stain!

My no-makeup look is
cleansing, toning, moisturizing, sunscreen, primer, tinted moisturizer, powder, subtle blush (Lovejoy from NARS), UDPP, Naked from Urban Decay (same color as my lids), white pencil on waterline, mascara, brow powder, lipstick applied with fingers topped with a sheer dab og gloss on center!

if i'm doing a 'no makeup' look i usually wont wear any power, foundation or concealer.. i'll just wear mascara and eyeliner and chapstick. but if i'm going light and more natural then i'll just do concealer and powder, mascara and eyeliner and chapstick :D

@Andrew it's not as much as "no makeup" per say but more like a natural, less heavy look for the warmer months. If you don't see the point, that's fine, this topic was for those that do :]

To me, the no-makeup makeup look is when you are trying to fake you are naturally pretty without any makeup, like people wouldn't imagine you didn't apply makeup, as they'd expect a full face of visible makeup! I love that trend because it's all about being bare and enhacing our features, and it's really approchable and polished!

I agree w/ Andrew - when I want to look like I'm not wearing make up, then I just wont. At the most, I'll wear a tinted moisturizer depending on the climate I'm at since my skin dries out from acne medication. & even that annoys me because then I have to come home, do my makeup-removal routine as if I did a whole-face. I just don't bother.
Maybe because I've never really been a fan of 'subtle' The most subtle I go for is a bronzed smokey eye. lol To each their own :)

When I want something more natural or effortless, but to still wear makeup, I generally put on:
Foundation, concealer, powder
A paint pot on the lid, black eyeliner on the waterline [because I like a little something extra to define my eyes], black mascara
a little bit of blush and some lipbalm

My "less makeup" look is:
MUFE's Face and Body
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer in Sin
Black liner top and bottom (thin)
Mascara
Contour
Blush
That's for days that I want to look nice, but don't feel like thinking about what I want to do for makeup lol

I am REALLY laughing at myself after reading these comments. You ladies are amazing and so inspiring. No makeup look for me is literally NO makeup. I had no idea that you actually where some makeup for this look. Wow...I have learned something new. I will consider some of these no makeup look but it seems contradictory. Why where makeup if the objective is a no makeup look? Hmmmm...thnx ladies

My no make up look is sunscreen and Rodan+Fields peptide powder under eyes. Pretty earrings, sunglasses, and lipstick then I'm good to go. The key is to have a good skincare routine so you don't need foundation.

here's my routine:
-wash, tone and moisturize face/undereyes
-apply matte primer (tarte's clean slate)
-apply concealer to spot cover areas
-cover with a light coverage powder (mac msf natural, mac studio fix plus foundation, etc)
-light blush
-light bronzer for contour
-ud primer potion with a shadow the same color as my skin (i have oily lids and if i don't put product on them, my mascara will slide haha)
-light coat of a natural looking mascara
-sometimes i line my tightline just on the edge for a little definition

I first apply moisturizer all over my face with a high SPF, because of this darned texas heat. Mascara, and curler. And finally EOS Lip Balm.
And ta-da!!
