Hi, everyone! I've outgrown my tiny starter vanity and have just purchased a plastic 6-drawer system from Office Max on castors to supplement my organizational needs, but I dream of putting together the makeup haven I can love. There was a recent article on storage solutions, but anyone have any examples of vanity set ups they drool over? I need ideas, and any would be greatly appreciated! [I'm over the typical IKEA vanities and Pier 1 vanities...]

This is MY dream storage.

I'd want professional, soft defused lighting & full mirrors. I'd want small slide out draws under the table for small essentials (hair ties, cotton, elastics, tape, bobby pins etc) Then ON the vanity itself I'd have a train-case type thing where I can put my main essentials in there Especially one where I can put my most used brushes on there (main foundation, powder, setting, powder, etc etc etc) & on the side, I'd have tall metal, sleek black (I could only find white ones >_< ) to store ALL of my make up, & hair things.

I could only dreeeeaaaam.
