What's your favorite deep conditioner? How often do you use it? I try to deep condition once a week because I flat iron, and dye my hair so much. What do you guys use?

Hey Mindy,
I use the TIGI S Factor Serious Conditioner with Sunflower Oil. It is my favorite deep conditioner. I use it once a week and it never fails to deliver so much health, softness and shine to my hair. It is also supposed to minimize the appearance of split ends, although I have yet to test that feature out. Hope this Helps!

I have a couple of favorites because they all do something different for my hair: For my protein conditioner, I use Organic Root Stimulator Replenishing Conditioner. It makes my hair soft and stronger since it is a light protein.
My moisturizing conditioner is the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Pure Strength Conditioning Treatment. I use this to counter balance my hair when I wash it with a protein conditioner so that my hair doesn't become TOO hard and become brittle and break.
With both of these, I leave them on for a long time (at least 3-4 hours) with or without heat. I love how both of these make my hair feel; soft, manageable, yet stronger and healthier feeling.

Dania, how does the Elasta QP DPR-11 + Water + Olive Oil make your hair feel? I've been looking to try another moisture based deep conditioner for my hair. And gotta love the Aphogee 2 min Reconstructor; it's one of my protein loves.

I love the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask a LOT. I have heard amazing things about the Moroccan Oil Hair Mask as well.

I've heard some really awesome things about the Moroccan Oil Hair Mask as well! I really want to give that a try eventually. Right now I am using CIBU's Spring Roll Hydrating Masque, which works well...although I use it more as a regular conditioner than a deep conditioning mask. I've also used the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Mask and that's worked great too!

You guys are awesome, I will check out each product. Hair mayonnaise sounds interesting but i've really been curious about moroccan oil.. any thoughts?

I use the moroccan oil, its amazing. I have natural hair and i wear it as an afro. Black people's hair can become horribly dry and this is my staple conditioner, all year round, my hair is always manageable and soft. I really think you would enjoy it=]
