Help! I have a spring formal coming up in about 3 weeks. I recently bought a sleeveless, knee-length, gathered teal dress! I can't decide on what shoes, hair or makeup. I'm about 5'1, hazel eyes, pale and auburn-ish hair. the dress is a bit bright, so I don't want to look to busy. any advice?
This isn't the dress, but the teal is about this color:

I'm working on a tutorial on how to smoke out your liner for a more subtle smokey eye. I used the naked palette. I've yet to upload it, but I think it might be something you may want to check out. I also have a prom makeup video up, too.
Also... check out Pixiwoo's Victoria Beckham look. It's smokey, but not overdone. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAh-s6B7Ro8
It might be nice to smudge a bit of teal along your bottom lashline with a brown smokey eye.
