Foundation for prom?!

Hey! My prom is May 13... I'm looking for a new foundation that I can use for prom. Something that has full coverage and a satin or natural finish. I have DRY skin so I need something that doesn't highlight my dry patches and makes my skin look flawless. oh & something that shows up well in pictures... Thanks!
Also price is no option but try to keep it under $60 :)

You'll need something with as little SPF as possible (no SPF would be ideal), as foundations with SPF tend to flash back.

I don't have your skin type, though (I'm combination/oily), but I hope someone can help you with specific foundations to try out! :)

I don't have dry skin but I've heard a lot of people with dry skin say thy use Revlon ColorStay which says its for combo/oily skin but I guess it works well on dry skin. Plus its not too expensive!
