NYC, Avon, Mark, Wet & Wild Profusion have amazing Eye Shadows. Elf is super Inexpensive. Hope that helps.

Wet n' Wild and NYX offer fabulous color payoff and are long-wearing as well as extremely affordable! Most anything from Wet n' Wild is under $5 and are found at Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreen's and other pharmacies. NYX can be found on nyxcosmetics.com or at ULTA stores.

i generally hate drugstore makeup, but the brand that has the most things that are alright i would say is maybelline. covergirl as well, but strictly for the eye.. aka liner and mascara, whereas maybelline is better for e/s, especially their quad called designer chocolates, volume express or great lash mascara and FDN.. loreal is also dependable since its been here for ages!

Gotta love ELF. Their stuff is usually really good for the price. I'd suggest looking on MakeupAlley or on this site for reviews of products before you buy to see what the best stuff is. I love their complexion perfection powder and their beauty encyclopedias. Also, look on youtube, they have great reviews. Another great brand is Revlon. They have high quality stuff IMO for a decent price. Also, the L'Oréal HIP line is AMAZING, but a little pricier than a lot of drugstore makeup. But to be honest, I'm loving ELF so much, it's almost all I use.

I like L'oreal and Avon... Also, Coastal scents is pretty cheap and I also heard lots of positive comments on Stars Makeup Haven, but I haven't tried SMH yet, though I'm really looking forward to...

But I'd definitely check out reviews on items that catch your eye, because I find the products to be very hit and miss. Some are awesome, and some are garbage.
