So Ive been wondering. Do you care if the makeup tutorial by the guru is being done on themselves (the guru) or if you see the guru doing it on someone else?

It would also be nice if you can see them doing it on somebody else, so you can see variations on the looks. We have different face shapes so it would be more profitable for the viewers if the gurus can show different makeup looks for different shapes and skin colors.

I used to spend a lot of time seeking out gurus that had similar skin tones and/or features, but these days I don't really have a preference.

A good number of the gurus I watch look nothing like me, so if I like a look I know I may have to adapt it so that it flatters my features and colouring.
