how and what can i use to keep my hands soft during the winter and keep my nail polish more long lasting? and what is the best colors for my skin tone?

A thick moisturizing lotion should do the trick for your hands. That and wearing gloves when outside. To keep nail polish wearing longer, it's best to use a base coat and a top coat. I'm not sure what your skin tone but polishes are pretty versatile. Hope this helps!
