Just wanted to see what everyones favorite brand(s) of make is? &Why? I love MAC! I'm starting to get into NARS a bit more too. Coastal scents is pretty bomb too! Their colors are nice and pigminty! =)

I think different brands excel at different things. I would say Nars has a strength in blushes, Benefit does great powder blushes as well, Makeup Forever has awesome eyeshadows, Stila rocks at eyeliners in all forms, and MAC does great lipsticks. I have a favorite brand for different products. ex: foundation: Almay (beats out all my high end including MAC and MUFE) Concealer: Revlon (shisheido makes a comparable one for a lot more), Powder: Almay, Blush: NYX, Eyeliner: Stila for all types, Eyeshadow primer: Almay (beats my UDPP), Eyeshadow: Wet 'n Wild for drugstore, MUFE for high end, Mascara: Rimmel or Maybelline (I can't find a high end one that can beat these). I think that's it.

I agree with both of you!~I love MAC too...it's generally my favorite. But I am getting into Nars as well with blushes. I'd like to get some eyeshadows too. I also really like Benefit and also Urban Decay shadows. I do also think different brands are great for different things. Like MAC doesn't have amazing mascaras, but I really like Bare Escentials for Buxom Mascara...It's my ultimate fav. mascara!~Also, Revlon Color Stay foundation I think works best for me. So yea, really all brands have stand out products in some form.

I agree, I think I'd die if I could only use one brand of makeup. I could use almost all MAC or Revlon, but I would not be happy.

I love urban decay for their eyeshadows and UDPP (So richly pigmented and UDPP keeps e/s on all day)... MAC for e/s, brushes, & blushes... Too faced e/s palettes (great pigmentation)...Almay eyeshadow trios (Great to make your eye color pop)... NYX for their Jumbo eye pencils... Maybelline for mascara... and that's all I can think of right now. Lol i'm just getting into the wonderful makeup world and don't have a big collection. I LOVE all the products I have so far though so I am itching to get my card and buy more! :) I am getting addicted to MAC and starting a 15 e/s palette soon! YAY!

I don't know if I could choose just one brand. I love Urban Decay and Too faced because they are high quality and cruelty free. I love E.L.F brushes and nail polish. I love wet n wild liquid liner. I love Smashbox primers. I use Benefit concealers. I'm all over the place with my makeup. Oh yeah and my coastal scents palettes are amazing! I love to give almost anything a try.
