Rubbing alcohol. Then take a quarter wrapped in a paper towel and press it down. make sure you don't add to much alcohol tho lol or it with ooze out the side :P

You could press it, there are tons of videos on youtube showing step by step how to. But personally, when a face powder or eyeshadow of mine shatters, I put it in a small container and crush it up so it's basically like a loose pigment or powder, and just use it like that :)
