Yes yes, MAC and Urban Decay are fabulous. But that doesn't mean there aren't treasures to be found in the local drug store for cheap! So what's your pick for "best drugstore eyeshadow"? I like the Revlon 12-hour colorstay quads - the pigment is good & the shadows are velvety. What about you?

I really like Maybelline Expert Wear and Eye Studio quads and Wet 'n Wild Color Icon quads. Both have good color pay off.

I've had good experience with Maybelline EyeStudio & Expert Wear quads. For those of you in Canada - the Annabelle mono-shadows are nice too - I especially love the testers so you can try before you buy.

I really love Loreal HIP Duos. I recently started to collect most of them. The duos have different finishes like matte, shimmer, satin, etc..

Hard Candy baked duos from Walmart are my fave. Most, I think all, are shimmer tho. But the colors are pretty and with primer they stay on all day and dont fade...

NYX Cosmetics (in my opinion) is probably the best quality drugstore brand. The eyeshadows are well pigmented and their jumbo eye sticks are amazing!

NYX- So highly pigmented! And has it so I can buy them in single colors without having to buy a set- I don't like the HIP because they are hard to get on the brush (even though they are gorgeous)?
