Tarte's clean slate.
This is an absolutely amazing primer that gives an amazing smooth texture to my skin.
At $30 it is expensive, but the results are amazing.
I currently use Makeup Forever HD Foundation and before I had to use larger glops than I do now, because it would cling to the dry patches on my skin. Now with this primer I can evenly distribute my foundation and use much less of it.
Another one that I enjoy as well is Bare Minerals Prime Time. I'm not sure if there is a full sized product of this because I haven't seen it in stores, but I have a trial version that I got from a Sephora Bare Minerals Starter Kit. It works well, but it has a weird consistency so I wouldn't say it is my favorite.

Sephora does sell full-size Bare Escentuals Prime Time.
I tried their other primer a while back (Skin Revver-upper), but I hated it. It felt horrible on my skin. Bleck.
