Beauties, do you ever sleep with your makeup on because you're too tired (or lazy, like me!)

I've done it my fair share of times, but I started keeping wipes in my bathroom to at least remove the top layer of makeup if I'm totally exhausted. What about you? Do you ever sleep with your makeup on or is makeup removal a MUST before bed?

Makeup removal is a MUST for me. I am very diligent about removing it before bed, no matter how tired I am. I get too freaked out about the dried mascara breaking my lashes and/or my acne-prone skin breaking out from not being able to breathe.

Anything that is on your face absorbs more into your skin at night, whether it's a good night cream or makeup.

There will be some nights where I come home dead tired from going out with my friends and I will every now and then sleep with my make up on but I try not to do it so often. Also I look scary in the morning with mascara and eyeliner all over the place so thats not attractive when waking up next to my boyfriend lol.

im going to be honest here and say almost every night lmao.. i never really wear that much though so i basically just have mascara to remove which i try to take off even if i cant get the rest off because it gets in my eyeballs :D

I don't sleep in makeup anymore. It clogs your skin, it make a mess on the pillows and sheets and unless you change the sheets and pillow cases daily then that leads to nasty little bacteria growing on the sheets and pillow cases. Major yuk!

i have done my fair share of falling asleep with makeup on after a late night out on the town or after a bar trip lol! i know many people who have and yes its bad for the skin but it happens..
for the most part i always wash my face but when i dont or forget i do have makeup remover wipes in my night stand so i have that option too!

i have found that if i so forget to wash my makeup off the night before i wash my face then do a mask. my skin always bounces back from the dead haha

I always have to remove my makeup. I feel so gross just thinking about all my makeup going onto my bed sheets. Ewww lol. But if I really really have to, I will sleep with my makeup on >.<

Makeup removal is a must! I 100% agree with Korie - the thought of not washing my face before bed makes my skin crawl. I'd rather sacrifice brushing my teeth in order to remove my makeup.  lol.

I fall asleep with makeup on too often. So I keep avon face cleaner/makeup remover wipes in my room to clean my face because it requires no rinsing. Then the next morning is usually an exfoliating day!

I don't think I ever have. I'd freak out about breaking out.

Although at times I'm lazy and just use a wipe - but normally I always wash my face - no matter how lazy/tired I'm feeling!

I never sleep in my make up, ever! Even if I'm exhausted (or drunk...) I always MAKE myself take it off. If I'm feeling lazy or in a rush I use cleansing wipes. :)

I sometimes fall asleep with it on mainly because i'm just too tired/lazy to take it off. & I never break out, i mean, you'd think being a teen i'd get acne and stuff but i have like perfect skin all the time lol.

i firmly believe half yall are liars lol.. or youve never passed right out drunk lol... i have had some sever mascara pillow.. i have ocd about things touching my forehead so even if i wash the rest of my face my forehead stays but it all flakes off eventually lol.. wipes are a gals best friend. i seem to have more tolerant skin than many of you as well though.

I cannot sleep with any makeup on my face at all. It doesn't matter how tired I am, I have to remove it completely, especially because I have acne prone skin, so any make up I leave on my face for a long amount of time makes me break out.

I used to do this all the time but I just can't anymore, I hate the feeling against my pillow :)

@ Amanda K

I have been known to be so drunk I couldn't walk or talk (In my University days!) yet I still managed to wash my face in a puddle on the way home to take my make-up off.

Dedication.

I've slept with my makeup on... gross i know! my face felt so weird when i woke up. so keeping makeup wipes by your bedside definately does the trick on your lazy days :)

Oh boy! A simple vice that we all try to avoid, myself included. Those LOOOOONG nights of just urging to hop into bed should not skip the routine of removing your makeup! It's a big no-NOPE! You will simply wake up with splashing onto your face and move on with your routine. It's a pain in the behind cleaning your sheets the day after with all that gunk on your bed. Save the laundry duties and wash your face. Oh and of course the gross bacteria!

Plenty of times! I can come home after a girl's night out and pass out drunk - and the bf will diligently dress my lifeless body in PJs and take off my heels for me... but the war paint, he leaves on. That's girl territory, and I just have to deal w/ waking up w/ a face of make up to wash in the morning. Boo. I think he's just too lazy to attempt wiping it off w/ a wipe because it's like how guys brush away tears when you're crying: they SUCK at it!  =P
