I was wondering if this was international, and they do it in every single store. I was also wondering if it was true that they give eyeshadows in return for 6 m.a.c finished products in PRO stores! I just want to know more details about it thanks!

As far as I know, MAC counters will give you a lipstick (permanent only). MAC stores will give you either a lipstick, eye shadow or a blush (permanent as well). I have read that this varies depending on where you live, what store/counter you visit, what you b2m AND who's working. Lol. I usually trade my empties at the counter for a lipstick b/c I usually don't buy em. I think of it as a way to grab something I normally wouldn't purchase :) Hope this helps!

I free-lance for MAC and in a MAC store , you can get either lipstick,gloss,or eyeshadow. If you take your B2M products at a store like for example at MACYS -you can only get a lipstick. It does not matter what you B2M just as long as its MAC!!!

well depending on certain mac stores or counters you can b2m depotted single eyeshadow pots. some will still accept them some wont so theres another thing to think about too!

Ava-or anyone else who knows- can you B2M the smaller lipgloss or pigment containers like those that came in the holiday sets?

Amanda- It's worth giving it a shot! Some may not take it..but just keep trying.. good luck!!! :) And let me know if they take them as B2M.

Amanda - when it comes to the mini items that come in sets, you have to B2M the entire set at the same time and it will only count as 1 item.
