Is the Urban Decay Naked Pallete worth it?

Hell yes!
I got it when it was 44$ and came with the double ended 24/7 pencil, I understand why they put a brush in them now instead but it is a shame because whiskey is a beautiful eyeliner and it's not permanent. :( I am going to crey when my half pencil of it from the palette runs out. I'm not even a huge fan of the 24/7s, they run on me, but that one is so beautiful.

I was messing with the sample at Sephora yesterday and I was pretty impresesd with how silky the texture is. Color payoff is pretty good and is buildable if you want to go high impact. The color range is nice too- definitely something you could wear every day.

I will agree with almost everyone here....I love my UB Naked palette and I don't regret buying it. It's also great for travelling because it's all you need to bring (along with mascara and eyelash curler) for you eyes. I love it and find myself reaching for it 90% of my time! :)

Sometimes it's better to consider the overall value along with the price.

If you'd think that you would buy even one of the regular eye shadows, primer potion or liners.. it's worth it. By the time you add another product, you've already paid for the palette & then some.

I personally think it was worth it. I've used it regularly ever since I've bought it, and it seems to cooperate with a lot of skintones as well.

An individual shadow has a fill weight of 1.5g e 0.05 US oz per shadow. The individuals cost $17 each.

Naked has a fill weight of 12 shadows x 1.3g e 12 x 0.05 US oz for $48.

No the shadows in the Naked are not the same size, exactly, as the individual shadows. There is a .2 gram difference but it's not much if you use the "standard" US equivalency of 0.05 ounces each.

12 shadows x $17 = $204. That's a $156 savings on the shadows alone never mind the brush ($26) and the primer ($9). That's almost $200 ($191 actually) worth of products for $48.

This was my first ever Urban Decay palette and it has been worth EVERY single penny I paid for it. I use it all the time when I just want a nice every day look, but with just one bold color you can take it from day to night. I love it and it made me an Urban Decay Junkie!

If you haven't gotten the idea by all the comments already - YES! I was very skeptical about spending that much money for an eyeshadow pallette. But I seen Urban Decay was having a 20% off Friends & Family sale .. & I knew I had to get my hands on it. After waiting for like, a year, I finally broke down & bought one - & I received it yesterday. I used it for the first time this morning & I love it! You get a lot of colors for what you pay for this... & I can tell they are going to last me for a long time. They go on so smooth & they're very pigmented. I love this pallette .. I say its worth it in the long run!

This is my go to palette. I love it. There are so many different color combinations that you can use. I think it is worth the money put into it. Naked wasn't my first UD and wasn't the last one I bought. I love their pigments and the last of the color.
I also like that i can take it anywhere with me. it's very convenient to stick in my purse of suitcase.
My only regret is that i didn't palette when it came with the eye pencil whiskey...i really like that color. but i do love the brush! makes it more convenient!!!
So if you haven't bought it yet then i say 'what are you waiting?' lol it's a hot item and sells out fast! :)

I got to finally use the palette yesterday and I am very pleased with it! I am used to buying drugstore eye shadows so when I did finally put this on my face I could not believe how silky and easy it was to blend the colors. Mine also came with their Primer potion, definitely pleased with that too! Urban Decay will most likely be a brand that I will buy from in the future! =]

I debated whether to buy this palette for months. I thought the colors may be too light for me, but I've been able to make it work. I'm in love with smog, dark horse, sin, and toasted. I didn't have a huge collection at the time. Maybe 15 mac eyeshadows only, so this was a great addition for me. My first venture away from mac, and I'm glad I did. I love the quality and the primer!

yes it is absolutely worth it. its a great value for what you are getting. However if the price doesn't fit into your budget, try the NYX Nude on Nude palette. I have both and I do think its pretty comparable, UD shadows just are a bit more creamy IMO

Urban Decay eyeshadows are absolutely worth the money. Once you use them you'll never turn back. I use my Naked 2 palette almost everyday. Naked 1 is warm and Naked 2 is cool.

Think about how many (high quality) shadows yours getting plus the double ended brush they give you. I think it has a good price for what it is.
