I'm hearing SO much about BB cream and I may be the only one left out on this subject, but what are its benefits and what is the best kind? Input please, beauties! :)

I want a bb creme! I want to know more info too. I don't like putting heavy foundation on my face all the time...and I don't need much coverage. So I would like to try a bb creme :) xteener said its lightweight and that's what I need.

Do anyone knows where can we buy it? I'm from Portugal, so a online shop that ships to my country would be perfect.

BB creams can be found everywhere in Asia. I've tried a few (Skinfood, BRTC, Dr Jart, Super79) but I am not too crazy about them. If you have oily skin, BB creams are a nightmare to use because they leave your skin super shiny after a while. They don't provide good coverage either, so if you plan to replace it with your foundation, don't. The shade choices are very limited as well.

I picked up Maybelline's new Pure Minerals BB Cream in Taiwan a couple months ago and it's a great product to use in that kind of climate, warm & humid. It has SPF 26, provides good coverage even though it only comes in 1 shade and it's somewhat moisturizing.
However, now that I'm back in NYC and it's freezing cold and the air is dry and sucking all the moisture out of my skin, this product doesn't work so well. I guess have a few more months to go before I can look forward to wearing it again.

@Vivian: I use the IsQueen BB cream.
The shades are very limited that's right ( I need to use a bronzer on top to not look like Morticia Addams) but this one doen't leave your skin oily.
I have mixed skin, my T-zone is a nightmare of shinnyness and this BB cream controls the excess of oil in my skin.
I only tried this one.

Wing Law bought and reviewed a BB cream from Dr. Jart. I just order, from Amazon, BB cream from Skin79. See my blog for more info on BB cream. I've included links to various BB creams at Amazon.com.

Unfortunately no it's made basically in one shade depending on the line.
My BB miniature set came today. I paid under 30 cents for it over on Amazon (thanks to using gift cards I earned from Swagbucks).
I ordered the BB cream from the Skin79 line. I'll post more about it on my blog in a while.

@Hazel - I've used the Missha's Perfect Cover BB Cream in #31. It's dark enough to use in winter when I'm more NC40 than NC42. If you're darker than NC42, you will probably have to set with a dark shade powder to get a better color match. Coverage was great and oil-control wasn't too bad.

@Micaela Wow, I gotta try that brand then. It's so rare to get BB creams that don't leave your face oily! Gonna Google it right now. :D

@jillian cool, i'll def get one when it's winter again. does it conceal too or would you need to add some after? i hate under eye circles...

@Hazel My under eye circles aren't too bad so I could go without concealer. Depending on how tired I'm looking though I'll usually go with at least a light highlighter like YSL Touche Eclat.

@Hazel My Missha BB cream covered my dark circles nicely, but I do find it to crease slightly if I apply too much. You need a really thin layer and a good setting powder.

I use Skin79 and mix it with my MUFE HD foundation when my complexion is lighter than normal. It has anti-aging benefits and spf25 I think! I would recommend it for lighter complexions. I have oily/combo skin and it doesn't bother me!

Gariner BB cream comes in two colors - light/medium and medium/deep. $12.99 at Walgreens. I bought medium/deep and found it to be too dark AND there's an odd fragrance to it. I've used it twice but need to return it for light/medium.

Hello Eve! The best BB Cream I have ever tried is the Etude House BB Cream. It has a medium to full coverage, it has a long staying power, has a high SPF which can double as a moisturizer as well and it lightens pimple scars! My other favorites are Lioele Beyond the Soultion BB Cream (great coverage as well but it does not stays put all day) and Skin 79 Hot Pink BB Cream (if you want a lighter coverage).
Check out my blog entries for more extensive reviews of these BB creams: http://icelinedejesus.tumblr.com/tagged/etudehouse

I hope this helps! :)
