Filling in eyebrow help

I have full brows but on the beginning of my left brow I have very little hair. I try to fill them in but they look too fake and harsh. Does anyone know of a good powder I can use to fill them in? Maybe I should just leave that part alone? I like how they look filled in but maybe I need another color. I have a picture on my profile if u need to look at one to help me. I was going to try MAC's copperplate but don't know if it would match or look natural. Any help will be apppreciated :)

I recommend Maybelline's Define-a-Brow pencils! With those you can make them bold or just define them a bit. I use them to bring my brows back after foundation application. JulieG713 has a video she just did in YouTube about her brows and she uses them too. She demonstrates. Hope this helps!

shu uemura has a hard brow pencil that only leaves color on your brows when it comes into contact with hair oils. The result is a more natural application.

You should look for a brow kit with atleast 2 shades. I use the Urban Decay brow box in Brown Sugar. It also comes with a wax, angled brush & tweezers. With your dark hair, this same kit would work for you. My brows DO NOT grow in all the way, I have bald spots lol. But with this kit & the right technique, you can make yours look natural. I don't have an eyebrow tutorial up yet but maybe I should make one =) But if you search youtube there are many. I watched Julieg713's as well, hers is another great option.

Copperplate gives a subtle definition, but too much can bring out the grey which can look ashy. Based off your photo I'd suggest Brun or Mystery or any cooler brown really. Stud brow pencil would probably work as well.

Thanks everyone :) I will try one or a few of those. Do brows really look that bad when they're all natural? I have pretty full brows its just that dang spot! lol and it has some hair just not as much as the other one.

Natural brows can be quite beautiful, but generally natural doesn't mean perfect or even almost perfect. Different shapes, different arches or areas that are more spares are all hallmarks of a natural brow.

Even if you decided not to add any powder or pencil, consider minimal brow grooming just to keep them neat. Even just using a spoolie to lightly brush through them or a clear brow gel/mascara to keep them in place can make a world of difference.

At the end of the day just do whatever you're most comfortable with. :]

I agree with Tamara! Our brows frame our face & especially when someone does a dramatic eye, you definately want to make sure they are cleaned up & neat.

Thanks beauties! I usually use brow gel and a brow comb to keep them in place... and when I go dramatic I do fill them in. :)

I just recently waxed/shaped them and it made them look amazing imo :) thanks so much for the reccomendations. It's hard to keep up with waxing them all the time because it goes with the $20 price tag. But when I do they definitely look much better. (whether they are filled in or not)
