Shipping is free with orders over $50 so when I buy online I make sure to order at least $50 in products (not too hard). My daughter ordered some stuff and her order was under $25 so the shipping was $5.95. I think that's their flat rate.

My orders took about nine days (including weekends) while hers took less than a week. I placed my order on a Friday and they didn't process it until the following Monday and it took five business days to get the item hence it took nine days before I got my stuff. She placed her order on a Sunday night and got it that Friday. If I recall correctly they use UPS and UPS does not work weekends otherwise had I ordered either Thursday or Monday I probably would have seen my stuff faster.

I'm about to put in another order lol!! I don't have a Sephora in AK so I order online all the time! They are usually very quick :) I usually put in an order either on a Friday or Saturday. And yes, you must spend $50 to get free shipping! They ship mine USPS, it typically gets mailed out Monday or Tuesday and I get my order by Thursday or Friday! Its super fast :) for me anyway. And if you have any problems their CS is awesome! Good luck!

i really really just adore sephora. it was the first store i ever walked in when i was young and made me wanna cry i LOVED it!! its my candy store ;) I always order over $50 worth of product so mine always ships for free, plus they do deals every couple months were you get free shipping with a minimum of $25 which is awesome as well! either way it really isnt bad, plus shipping is always less than a week for me, even better!

Sephora will also ship through the Postal Service (USPS) for those of us in the States.

I've never had issues ordering from them. I think I usually get any orders from them within a week or so. *nods*

I love ordering from Sephora. I actually get excited to shop online then in stores. Is that weird? Lol shipping is free like everyone says for orders over $50. Also what else is a bonus is there free samples! You always get to choose 3 free samples with your order. Love it. I use my iPhone a lot to order stuff and sometimes they have certain codes for free stuff if you use an iPhone.

I love ordering from sephora online. If you're either a VIB or VIB rouge then you don't even have to spend $50 for free shipping. As a rouge I get 3 day shipping for free with any order amount. So it's awesome :D and their return policy is great, you can just take it into any of their stores.
