I have been having a really difficult time finding a good moisturizer from my local drugstore! (CVS/RITE AID) I tried Aveeno's moisturizer, but it sort of dried my skin up... and I already have dry skin. Oh yeah, by the way, I have combination dry skin. My budget is $20. HELP!

Have you tried Neutrogena's Moisturizing Lotion for Combination skin? I just picked up their regular moisturizer yesterday and am trying it out. I was using a Lancome cream prior, but due to the price cannot repurchase. Also, have you tried Cetaphil moisturizers? They are supposed to be fantastic!

I also have dry combination skin, and I've tried everything at the drugstore! My favorite drugstore brand is Boots No7 Protect and Perfect Day and Night creams, which you can get at Target. I wouldn't buy their Time-Resist or the Advanced Hydration creams, though, since they have mineral oil. But the Protect and Perfect creams are water-based and have glycerin and shea butter (plus the day cream has SPF). Let us know what you try and how it works out! :-)

Hey! I recently got a new mosturizer, for my combination of skin, but I tend to get dry in the nose area. Try Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion.

I'm currently using RareMinerals moisturizer (made by Bare Minerals). The cost, right now, is $19 (regular $28).

i personally love everything that Nivea makes. it's not expensive and it's cruelty free! they have a variety of formulas for whatever you need, but i personally enjoy the body lotion formula. the scent on them isn't over powering and won't irritate sensitive skin.

I love Olay Active Hydrating Cream, super cheap but a bit too moisturising for oily areas - I only use it on my cheeks and all the dry patches are gone and my skin is really soft!

I'm going to say that if you are using multiple products on your skin, not washing your face everyday, taking too long of hot showers, and not protecting your face from the brisk air this time of year, that is what's causing the dryness. Now, if you just has dry skin and take good care of it, good! :) a great product is dual moisturizer from Clean and Clear. I have dry skin too and you probably get blackheads don't you? Well then use a clean and clear product to reduce blackheads but NOTHING with those beads or scrubby stuff because that will give you cuts in your skin and cause more out breaks. :)
