everytime i apply something in the crease it tends to get patchy no matter how much i blend or apply more eyeshadow any avice and i apply a eyeshadow base please help me x

What kind of base are you using? I'd use a different shadow primer and see if you notice a difference. I like Benefit Stay Don't Stray and Urban Decay Primer Potion. Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy is fabulous for super glittery, shimmery shadows. That's a sticky base, not a primer. That should really help it stick. Also, are you over-blending? That might pull up some of the color.
I use a lot of very vibrant shadows on a regular basis and from my experience, that would be my advice off the top of my head ;)

i do have dry skin and ive tried all types of bases to make sure the eyeshadows stay on but it just keeps going wrong

it might be that your brush is creating a micro exfoliation effect and causing the shadow to look blotchy . i suggest u moisturize your lids and pat on the shadow just for a few days.
