I've been using a liquid liner and it seems to flake a bit during the day. I even set it with black shadow and my problem still occurs.
And not that I have anything against it, but it's drugstore.
Anyone know of a really good black liner and not too expensive? Gel or liquid, doesn't matter. And I like when it's REALLY black. lol.

Wet n Wild Mega Last Liquid Liner (not the H2o one) wears all day yet is easy to remove, dark, easy to apply, and very inexpensive around $3. :D

elf studio cream eyeliner is good for $3 at target or eyeslipsface.com, and wet n wild liquid and pencil are good bothe under $5 and my favorit pencil liner is loreal carbon black le kohle pencil under $10.

Duuuude. Urban Decay's 247 liquid liner in Preversion (pitch black). It literally lasts ALL DAY (my days usually are way more than 8 hours too), doesn't flake, doesn't crease and is just all around perfect. I promise you'll become addicted! xo

I have debated trying the colored 24/7 liners since I already have a cheaper black one that lasts. I take it you find the price justified by its staying power? I will have to give it a go! It's hard to get colored eyeliners that stay in the waterline, especially when your lids water like mine. As soon as I apply eyeliner to my waterline, it's starting to want to come off lol

Felt pen liner: Physician's Formula lash boosting liner [silver pen] - freaking awesome. WAY better than the Kat Von D. one.
Pencil liner: MUFE Aqua liner in black.

ive got oily lids and heres what ive used that stay put:
Gel: loreal HiP Black gel eyeliner (you can use eye primer to help it stay longer though ive found it stayed good 8 hours with no smudging)
Liguid: im in love with Physicians formula lash booster in ultra black (have to build it up a bit to get it real black, but even with no primer on it stays, literally stays until you remove it. no smudging. you can make a seriously thin as hair line, easy to remove and helped my lash be stronger!) *most recommended*
Pencil: Urban decay perversion. like. BLACK BLACK. its awesome im sad its limited edition (you can get one in the current holiday electric set). no problems with smudging when i use with primer, havent tried it without one though. :)

So the consensus is either MAC's Fluidline or MUFE Aqua Eyes. I'll probably head out today and check those out. :)
@Angel M: I didn't even know Clinique had eyeliners! I'll check that one out when I head to the mall today.
@Smashley: That's the one I've been using! I have no idea, maybe it was just a faulty one I purchased but it didn't stop flaking. I'd try it with and without primer. Idk, maybe I'll give it a go again in the future. But I'm glad it's working wonders for you!
I love the UD 24/7 pencils and the Milani pencils as well, and I use them for my waterline.

I really like the Smashbox Limitless eyeliner in Onyx. It is a rich, creamy black. It's my fave!! It goes on so smooth. And its waterproof which I also love. I find myself reaching for it more than my Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner in Zero. Check it out girl!
