I love doing a cat eye with liquid eyeliner, but I've recently seen that more and more brands are coming out with "eyeliner pens" which are supposed to be even easier to use. Which brand is the best for this? thx!!

I've heard good things about the K-Palette 24-hr Tattoo Liner. It's easy to use, really black, and the stuff doesn't move.

I can do a creamy eye pencil on my bottom lashes instead of mascara, but I never learned to do eyelid eyeliner. And maybe it's just bad past experiences, but I HATE lipliner.

updated: bought the PF lash boosting felt liner pen, and OMG... in LOVE now. Worth a shot for anyone perusing the drugstore aisles looking for something new to try. I like it WAY better than Kat Von D.'s eyeliner pen. =)

The ELF Eyeliner Pen is pretty good for only being 1$. It just has some opacity issues.

i like mark (from avon) what a line felt tip liner. i have brownie points (dark brown) and it's great- wears really well and i have oily skin

I agree with Selena. I love Jordana's Fabuliner. Its very pigmented, stays on all day & of course you can't beat the price. I definitely want to check out the PF last boosting pen now.
