It's with almost anything, From the most expensive to the drug store stuff, some days are good but most are just not! Makes me not want to use any eyeliner for the lower lash line.

They were talkikng about it today on the radio. It is some girls super beauty secret, I dont know what kind of problems they would have long term, sounds like it would burn too, but one girl said it somes off easy.
