We know that being healthy is one of the main things one needs to keep looking great, but sadly sometimes you just don't feel like getting your butt to the gym, too tired from work or whatever...
when I don't go to gym afterwards I feel guilty :O
but at the same if I don't go I try to do even if is a little of excercise at home, now the question.
How do you manage to keep yourself healthy?

I drink tons of water, that really helps specially for dry skin :D

Good question! I'm a vegetarian..have been for nearly 7 years now, so that pretty much does it for me. I also don't drink caffeine most of the time.. giving up meat was pretty easy once I got used to it, it really only took a few months..and I couldn't feel/be happier since making that decision.

The Wii Fit is a lifesaver, but make sure to strecth properly before you do it :) hmmmm I have a clear container box and put fruit into it so i can snack on it during the day, aslong as you get your 5 a day, and a little excerise your sorted really. In terms of beauty, just make sure you take all your makeup off, moisturize and allow one or two days a week to be 'makeup face free' xoxo

I drink tons of water and pack lunches and snacks for my workdays which consists of veggies, fruits, chicken, trailmix w/out chocolates, whole grain granola bars, fat free yogurt etc. and make it to the gym 3-4 times a week but those days when I am just too tired to workout after work I try to exercise at work! I work with children so I try to play tag with them or sports to keep me moving and burning as well as encourage them to do the same!

BTW this is a great topic! Beauty really does come from inside us whether we realize that or not! =]

I think vegetarians need to take really good care of their health, is really nice to see that you got kicking with that, I would probably get away with one day and thats it, I'm kinda lazy so you know, but I really hardly eat red meat, mostly chicken.
but I gotta admnit I am a coffee adict cuz my family always drank coffee so just following tradition I guess, even though I know it dries the skin.
@Amy M.
yeah those lil snacks are life savers cuz oh boy sometimes you just get really hungry and want to eat the first thing you are shown, no matter if is chicken of a frozen cow lol :p
@LeeAnn B
that thing of working out at work sounds great, but I think McD's would kick me out if I start stretching while making the burgers hahaha.
BTW I hate McD even though people might think that you are always eating from where u work, I think is the contrary cuzz I don't wanna taste those burgers :)
but that good.

Great question! I am a water fanatic, I take a lot of holistic supplements, and I eat a gluten-free, dairy-free diet partially because of allergies and partially because I have issues with migraines and early onset arthritis ( yes, I'm a mess naturally haha). I've been on meds and in and out of specialists' offices since I was a teen and I've found diet controls some of my medical stuff better in some ways. I'm all about eating things you make rather than prepared food :) That's just my lifestyle choice! My kids eat naturally, but I don't restrict their food to match my strict diet.

I think I was meant to see this topic. I have been far to lazy for way to long.
Please someone, anyone, kick my ass. jk :p
I'm taking up swimming again like I used to. That always made me feel fantastic & helped me a lot with my knee & back problems

haha your not a loser! Have you thought about lessons? Swimming is such an awesome feeling. Even if you try walking up & down the lanes thats still a great way for your body to feel good...and its less chance of drowning lol

I try and eat snacks on the healthier side. A great way to do this is ONLY buy the good stuff, after all you can only eat what you see in your pantry right? Stay out of the cookies/chips aisle at the market. Drink water and enough of it and I personally eat a lot of berries and or drink green tea for all of the antioxidants. Also it helps that I have a dog that I take for a morning walk/jog every morning :)

I cut out all sweets and extreme salty foods as much as I can. I also very rarely eat beef...I will only eat it if that is all that is available. (at my house all we eat is chicken, fish, and turkey) I snack on veggies, fruit, nuts, and drink a lot of water. I don't exercise, but I have a 19 month son and he keeps me busy walking around a lot. I try my best to stay away from fast food unless my husband and I are out and about...and really hungry. Lol :P I need to start working out but am so lazy! :-/

hahaha thanx @Jessica S.
but yeah I've tried to swim and instead of going forward I go backwards lol
but i can spend hours in the water is just so relaxing for me, happens to me thatt if I feel really nice in the water I fall asleep :O
and yeah we shouldn't be eating sweets or much salt, hey how do you keep from not eating candies in the season, cuz I mean between halloween and thanksgiving and xmas is really hard to control myself :p
