Hi, all! I just BARELY made the shipping deadlines for my costume, but for those of you that find last minute plans that require a low-cost costume/makeup idea, let's post up tutorials/pictures/links to help everyone make this Halloween count! I'm dressing up as Miss Universe this Halloween. All you need ia a party dress, a pair of heels, a fake tiara from the dollar store, and a ribbon to make a sash :D

I saw this on EmilyNoel's channel.... do up half of your face glamorous and the other half put bags under your eyes and bruises, etc... it was kinda cool for a last minute idea lol
