Alright. So my birthday is coming up in a few months and I usually get money. So with the Money I want to go to my local drugstore and splurge on makeup. I make this convo because I don't want to spend my money on something that is a piece of crap so I'm asking you if there are any products that are must haves. Btw, I live in canada so NYX and e.l.f aren't really options.
I'm looking for a good foundation(light-medium coverage), concealer, blush, bronzer, colorful eyeshadows, mascara, liquid liner, lipstick and lipgloss, and a tinted moisturizer for summer.
All suggestions you give I'll take into consideration. If you know the price as well, it would be great if you let me know. Thanks!

Foundation & Concealer: I would recommend Revlon Colorstay line for these two products because it's pretty good quality compared to other drugstore brand. Price range: $13-$17
Blush: I don't find drugstore brand blush to be all that pigmentated but Sally Hansen Natural Beauty has decent pigmented ones and the color selection isn't that bad either. Price range: $12-$13
Bronzer: I would go for NYC Sunny. Price range: $4-$6
Mascara: Loreal Voluminous, Maybelline Volum' Express The Colossal, Maybelline Falsies Price range: $7-$10
Liquid Liner: Loreal Liquid Linear Intense, Maybelline Line Stiletto $8-$10
Lipstick: Revlon Colorburst line, Cover Girl Lip Perfection line $9-$11
Tinted Moisturizer: Revlon Colorstay Active $14-$15
All the price range is a rough estimate ( I could totally be off with them lol! )
Hope you find what you're looking for! :)

I've used NYC liquid eye liner since high school, it's the very best liquid liner short of the high end stuff like Stila. It goes on great and very black, the only downside is that it's not really waterproof.
And I agree with Layla: Covergirl! They make my very favorite drugstore shadows. There's a coffee shop set of browns that I use everyday. It's just as pigmented as the high-end stuff and doesn't crease or fade.

Foundation: Revlon Colorstay and that have different formulas for different skin types!
Liquid liner: L'Oreal Lineur Intense...it's the best!
Blush: I definitely agree with the others and would have to go with Milani since ELF isn't an option.
Mascara: I love the Covergirl LashBlast Fusion!

About NYX not really being an option, I just thought I'd mention that one of my favorite beauty gurus on youtube, staceybrennan, lives in Canada and she gets loads of NYX stuff from http://www.beautyjoint.com/. I don't live in Canada myself, but according to her it's very affordable on that website :)
Ok, so my drugstore must haves would be:
♥ Revlon ColorStay foundation (I have the one for normal/dry skin it in the shade 110 Ivory)
♥ L'Oréal Telescopic mascara
♥ Rimmel 1-2-3 Looks Adjustable Volume mascara
♥ Maybelline Liner Express Liquid Eye Liner
♥ NYX eyeshadows (any of them, they're incredibly pigmented, and cheap)
♥ Max Factor Colour Genius Mineral blush (I have it in 100 Roses - it's beautiful!)
I actually have a little giveaway on youtube right now where the prize is 3 of my favorite drugstore products, so check it out if you want: http://www.youtube.com/user/acidwash06 :)
