So I have very thin hair and a lot more falls out everyday, I'm surprised I don't have bald spots by now. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work so now I'm just trying to deal with it, creating whatever volume I can. I felt like layers would do it but I was wrong :( Blow drying it upside down doesn't work, making bumps with my straightener doesn't work, and I refuse to tease.

Does anyone have any advice on what to use, do, not do?

Have you tried blow drying it with a large round brush? Or hair spraying it upside down?

Applying mustard oil to the hair before taking a good shampooed shower has really reduced hairfall for me.

I recently started using castor oil to promote healthy hair growth. If you google it you will see that it improves circulation to the scalp and can see results within a month... It's my second day and I'm looking forward to seeing results... I must start accutane within 3 weeks and can cause hair fall. My hair is long but very fine. Castor oil can also be applied to eyelashes for growth and volume. I'll share if I notice any difference and am hoping that it will prevent hair fall during accutane ; ) good luck.
