LA Splash Sealer avaliability in UK?

Hey, I've been looking for hours this evening trying to find anywhere were the LA splash sealer base that many people use for glitter is avaliable, but can't find it, even on ebay and stuff. If anyone is in the UK or europe and knows somewhere that sells it (online) please write here! thanks xx

It's within an eyeshadow set, and they have about 4 or 5. And it's only £11.4. Which is probably chepaer than buying it for $6.99 and getting it shipped over. Although I can't see the size of it from the pictures. But I'm gonna get one anyway!
