I'm still looking for the holy grail black eyeliner for the waterline. I'm looking for something really dark and opaque that stays put and lasts all day. Any suggestions?

I have incredibly oily lids and without a decent primer, nothing will stay put. These are my favorites thus far:

Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner is good and stays on for a long while
I also use MAC's Eye Kohl in Smolder and that stays on a long time too
Urban Decays 24/7 Liner in Zero is BRILLIANT. I lost mine though :(

Avon and Bobbi's are watersafe! Those 3 I mentioned are the only 3 that stays on my waterline.

I bought UD's zero and ended up returning it, I wasn't that impressed. I want to try Perversion but I don't know where and if I can get it. @Nadia I was wondering the same thing about the Avon Supershock because I didn't see it online.

my eyelids get SUPER greasy and my holy grail eyeliner is definitely makeup forever aqualiner in black! this stuff is the best on my waterline and never gives me raccoon eyes. hope this helps

If you are looking for a cheaper liner I LOVE my Maybelline Unstoppable eye liner! It stays on fooooorever! It lasted through a basketball game, mind the air was turned off in our gym that day! Plus, (yes this will sound stupid) it lasted through my tears watching Harry Potter! This is a wonderful drugstore mascara and I'm glad I found it!

There is one black eyeliner that I have repurchased. People that I see a lot started asking me what it is because they are amazed that an eyeliner stays on my waterline. I put it on once in the morning and it's still there when I wash my face at night! It is Stila Kajal Eyeliner. I have gone through a few of them now! It is really dark and opaque, soft, blendable (if you want), and lasts ALL DAY on the waterline for me. I use it almost every single day.

i have been using l'oreal hip for years. i think since like 2005, i've only purchased two pencils, & i'm still on one of them. i hear good things about the palladino herbal (natural? gah) eyeliner pencil. i've purchased it...but i can't find it. haha.

I love all of the Hot Topic eyeliners, and their black one is no acception! It's incredible, and great for the waterline! But if you hate sharpening your eyeliner...well... Urban Decay's eyliners are fantastic! Like everyone is saying, perversion is incredible! But it just doesn't stand up to Hot Topic eyeliner, in my opinion. And I'm not goth or anything, but I friggin love that store! ^.^ Such good makeup. Warpaint is amazing.. lah dee dah, nothing bad to say about their makeup!

For waterline, I use the MAC smolder. And I love it. Only thing is that it tends to move around especially if you're oily like me. Other than that its great slides on very smooth.

Right now, my big fat favorite is the NYX Felt Tip liner. So many people have alot to say about it but I think it works wonderfully (and stays on forever without smudging!). I love it. It is really easy to work with, goes on smoothly, and works for my beady little Asian eyes :-)
For the waterline....it's going to come off regardless because that is a moist area...I use a soft kohl liner and reinforce it with black eye shadow.
