I really hate how expensive eye creams can be, but I really need one as I am very dry around the eyes. So, I am asking... what is the best eye cream for $20 and under?

I've heard good things about Yes-To-Blueberries eye cream from Target... I've yet to try it though, since I'm still trying to use up my stupid Clinique one. =(

The Clinique eye cream is not good? I was thinking about getting it in the future because sometimes the skin around the eyes do get dry! I also heard stuff about the Yes to Blueberries eye gel, anyone ever tried these two products?
