Best drugstore waterproof liquid liner?

I have extremely oily lids, and even after powder and setting the liner with a black shadow, it still smudges off onto my upper lid, it's so unbelievably annoying. Any advice?

i use covergirl liquiline blast and it stays all day. are you using a primer also?

yep! Primer does help, but then it makes it harder to wipe away if I'm on the go, so it's either it smudges everywhere but i can fix it if I notice it, or it's not so bad but I can't help how bad it looks, hahaa.

A primer and bourjouis liquid eyeliner works really well for me, and I have to say that my whole face is very oily,lol.

I love the elf waterproof liquid liner pen. I slept with it on and it was still there and a little soap and water and it comes right off. Oh and its only $1 so if don't work for you at least you didn't break the bank.

Maybelline liquid liner is the best one I've tried so far.
