Well I have the same problem. It's called ammonium lactate. If you ask your doctor about it, she/he will giv you a perscription if lotion if you have the same problem as me.

I have the same thing on my legs and it doesn't go with moisturizing I was thinking about going to a doctor and I wax I think it could be the reason.

Looks like chicken skin to me.. I use lush dream cream to moisturize and their sugar scrub to gently exfoliate. I take fish oil supplements also to help!

I had these for so long & never knew why! I thought lotion would do the trick but it didn't help! until my boyfriend told me to start eating healthier, once I did ; POOF! they were gone! just try to eat healthier & drink lots of water.
