For the blackheads use a blackhead removing tool, I use a double ended blackhead remover from the body shop, it is AMAZING. And the acne can actually be caused from over washing your face and things like that, so I wash my face twice a day, in the morning with clearasil blemish+marks wash and mask and in the evening I use a gentle face wash like clearasil daily wash.Using non-acnegenic and non-comedogenic makeup may help as well. :)

Don't wash your face too much, it can irritate it and make it worse. 2x a day is good, 3x at the most. A product with salicylic acid can help too!
