What shall I have done to my hair?

This is my hair at the moment (with some roots now as well though haha). I want something a little more golden and beachy, with different colours. Can anyone find some nice pics of what would suit me? Also, my hair is fairly damaged at the moment, are there any recommendations for what products to use? I don't use heat, and use argan oil on it every day but nothing seems to be working at the moment.. Thanks! :)

By colours I mean natural ones, not like pink, or blue! Just lowlights etc.but don't know what to have done?

Light brown will be a bit too dark and look harsh and tacky. dark blonde lowlights will look nice x
