Yes. And yeah, the moisturizer should come first.

You can, just don't put on too much because you don't want to look like its really caked on.

Absolutely!! I use BB cream as a primer before my foundation and it always makes my face look absolutely glowing, makes my foundation go on more smoothly, and helps my skin look flawless all day :)

I use Skin 79 The Oriental Gold BB cream. It's manufactured and made in Japan and is absolutely amazing!! It was originally created as makeup for women to wear while recovering from cosmetic/facial surgeries, but is now for the general public, too. It's loaded with good ingredients, has SPF 25-50 (you can choose :)), and is only $15 when ordered on Amazon!! The only downside is that it is only made in one shade which is formulated for fair skin tones. I simply love it, though!! Def a HG product :))

I've just searched the Skin 79 BB cream on eBay, there is some good deals there too. Just wondering is it tinted and is it like a foundation formula or more gel like? Thanks.

It's similar to a tinted moisturizer, but feels slightly thicker. It's weird, because immediately after applied it leaves an almost grey-ish cast on your face, but it oxidizes within a few minutes and blends beautifully :)

I use the Skin79 Oriental too! It's awesome, as is their Super Hot Pink BB. I actually use a primer and then a BB - no foundation. Depends on the amount of coverage you want/need.

Amanda - in reference to makeup, when a product oxidizes it means that after the product 'sets' on your skin it gradually adjusts to your skin-tone to provide accurate match. This is common with BB creams because most come in one or just a few shades that may not match skin perfectly (mostly common with Asian BBs), so they're formulated to oxidize (color adjust)...hope this helps.
