Hey! I've been wanting to curl my hair for quiet sometime now but my hair Ian REALLY straight..whenever I use a curling wand the curls open in an hour..so could you'll please suggest something to make them last longer? :)

I agree with Ashley-- flat iron curls! Just clamp the hair down at the root, turn the iron 180 degrees (one half turn), and move the flat iron slowly down the hair shaft.

Try using heat protectant with some hold. kenra (you can get at salon's) has one that is great. and try using super hold hair spray. kenra also has a very good one that doesn't get super stiff.

My hair is pin-straight and it's a challenge to keep a curl in. I like using foam rollers overnight (making sure the curl is pretty tight - the tighter, the better) and the curls will come out great and will hold for about 3-4 hours if I don't use any product. Unfortunately, with really straight hair there isn't too much you can do without a ton of hairspray and mousse.

I have the same problem I tried doing rag curls and they stayed in all day
