Drink lots of water but in small portions, if I can get a shampoo/conditioner with keratin or just take a hair skin and nails biotin

Coconut oil, leave it on for a couple hrs wash it out then you'll c a huge different in your hair. Do this 3-4x a month. Then let me k... I just got 3 inches cut off in feb it's grown back all ready + some n your hair will feel so soft n split ends. GONE... Promise I use it for facial moisturizer can't live without it.
