Sorry I didn't know how else to word that I hope you know what I mean! My hair is always wet when I go to bed because I have to shower after track practice. I love curls, so what is a way I can sleep for curls? So basically I need a way to sleep on my wet hair that will be curly in the morning. I've already tried braids but I need an alternative. Hope I explained this well! Also my hair is medium, layered, and super thick.

Put rags in your hair. Just cut up an old shirt or use socks for looser curls and wrap your hair around the fabric and tie. That probably made no sence but if you look up like " rag curls" or " heartless curls " a video should come up. Also the bigger the piece of hair your wrapping the looser the curls.

I use pen curls. Its on youtube. You wrap your hair around a pen (while your hair is wet) and put a mini butterfly clip in your hair and leave them in over nite.

Rag curls are the best. I use old t-shirts to do mine and they don't hurt at all to sleep in. Plus untying all the strips is really easy in the morning, the curls hold, they look natural, and I don't use any product on them! The only downside is you have to wrap them carefully or they'll curl really weird.
