Definitely not, it can be really old and give you eye infections. E.l.f has dollar makeup and it works pretty great! (:

In the UK we have Poundland and 99p Stores, they sell cosmetics. I have bought Rimmel London nail polish for only £1, which is so good because its over £6.99 in drugstores. We've had Stila products, but unfortunately they were old and out of date, but it is worth a try!

Good make-up isn't cheap! try drug stores or wal-mart , they're inexpensive & if you do your research , you can end up with a pretty good make-up collection!

NO DONT IT's HORRIBLE. Get elf or L.A colors makeup for inexpensive makeup or go on amazon and search the naked pallets maybe it's cheap.
