I have a super red face, almost like roseca and I already know how to cover it when I do my makeup but is there a face wash of somesort to actually get rid of it.

I have the same issue! I've been using the eucerin redness reducing products but I don't think it's helping me all that good :/

Try something with aloe vera in it or an aloe vera gel.
