Anyone know of a good drugstore foundation or cc cream for really dry pale skin?

Maybelline dream mousse foundation. It works wonders on skin. It's hat to ind your right tone though cause the foundation is Darker than it seems, so go a shade or two lighter if you go with it.

I have dry pale skin and the CC cream I use is from hard candy at Walmart
its only 8 bucks :)
