Okay so my skin has been really bad lately and I can't figure out why. I wash my face twice a day.I've been eating healthy and drinking lots of water, I also take hair, skin and nail vitamins. I wash my sheets and pillow cases twice a week and wash my brushes once a week.
here's a list of the facial products and make up I use
-neautragena pink grape fruit acne wash
-neautragena sensitive skin moisturizer
-neautragena alchohal free toner
-garnier bb cream
-cover girl clean pressed powder.

have any of these products broken you out? and do you have any tips on getting rid of it?

Oh! I've read reviews on the neutrogena pink grape fruit acne wash and they've been very bad, people have said it's made them break out.

Cover girl clean powder may be the issue, I used the clean line and it was.terrible for my skin.

It's also a genetic thing. Some people have a perfect skin without doing that much! So unfair! Some do everything they can and still don't get perfect skin... keep up ;)

The neutrogena pink grapefruit acne was left my skin very dry and made me breakout.

Sometimes oil based products like foundations and primers make the pours greasy and cause breakouts. Use water or silicone based products on your skin.

Nutrogena is not very good I use Clean and Clear and Olay Fresh Effect.

It really depends on your skin. I would say stop using one product for a week or 2, and see if your skin clears up at all, and do that with each product. It's time consuming, but it should work! Good luck!

Oily skin, greasey food, chocolate, and maybe even face wash or face masks can irritate your skin and cause you to break out.

Well where are you breaking out? If it's around your chin then it's hormones definitely.
I have the same problem!

Show a doctor and stay make up free for a while.

I truly believe in using a mild non medicated (no salycilic acid) twice a day then using a 2.5 or 5 % benzoyl peroxide, wait for that to dry about 5 mins and then apply moisturizer. Its all.detailed on acne.org. this regiment is the only thing that works for my skin and I'm genetically predisposed to have breakouts. Give it a try.

Check your make up products and see of anything has oils!

Are the garnier bb and the cover girl both oil free? My skin is so sensitive-literally break out with oily products and flake with stuff that is too drying-that I have to be extremely careful with the things I put on my face. Check your product labels for sure.

It can be hormonal. I will say the EOS lip spheres broke me out something horrible. Try the acne.org regime, but you might also want to see a dermatologist.

I tried that grapefruit wash and it broke me out.. try cerave or cetaphil cleanser, very mild and will help calm your skin, its getting inflamed someway and could be changing hormones too.

I would agree with Melissa M. I do that also and after a couple months I was clear of all acne! no dairy too.
