I use ojon ultra hydrating shampoo and conditioner. It's kind of pricey though. It's about 60.00 dollars for the shampoo and 70.00 for the conditioner.

I've heard wonderful reviews on coconut oil (homemade masks) for hair! I have yet to try it myself

As a hairstylist I've seen the best results with Moroccanoil products-- that's a brand. A lot of companies try to duplicate Moroccan oil, but nothing comes close to the original!

Coconut oil! I swear by it. my hair was so bad from dyeing it and heat styling it all the time. I want to grow it out but always had to cut it short because all of the damage. I have changed some routines and now its finally starting to go past my shoulders. my advice:
1. embrace your natural hair- I have naturally curly/wavy hair. this is how most often I wear it.
2. I wash my hair only 2-3times a week
3. I deep condition with coconut oil atleast once a week
3. I straighten my hair once every two weeks
4. I wear a lot of updo's.
5. trim every 4 weeks
6. I still dye my hair but no longer store bought products. I use Matrix. my bf does hair so she buys me the color.
I also take biotin, snack on sunflower seeds.
