Well they are pretty much the same but a bb cream has more mineral ect. in it!

I bought the NARS tinted moisturizer today and the sales lady said they are basically the same thing. NARS didn't want to follow the "trend" of calling it a bob cream lol it does everything a bb cream does.

Try the Asian BB creams. They're not tinted moisturizers, and they're far superior to the US versions. I like Skin79 and Dr Jart.
